Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

​Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

The artwork will be carefully wrapped and securely boxed for delivery, with insurance included in the shipping fees. Shipping is currently limited to Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us via email at mariannedicaire@outlook.ca.
